I do know that there are a BUNCH of human trafficking and complex trauma survivors who, in recent years, have gotten into podcasting because we often feel like our voices are silenced. I’d love to meet with ALL of you who are open to the idea! This isn’t to compare notes or talk about our history or argue about who had it worse (because, lets be honest, trauma isn’t a competition or a destination). This is more of a sense of community among not just podcasters, but among survivors.
Simple rules:
1. DO NOT trauma vomit – meaning do not tell intimate details about your experiences to other members of the group, as that can be triggering and traumatizing for others.
2. DO share what your podcast is about
3. Have fun!
